Kalpana has MA with specialization in Medical & Psychiatric Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. She had a significant experience in LRC Project run by NCERT and UNICEF and organizing camps for Ashwini Kumar Medical Relief Society. She has also successfully performed job of a Psychiatric Counsellor at Children’s Orthopaedic Hospital, Mumbai.
